Refund & Shipping Policy
I would hope all my books reach their destination in a timely fashion and with no damage. However, there are occasions when a book doesn't reach its destination for various reasons.

When books are shipped, you will get a tracking number to verify its route to you. It is extremely rare that books don't reach their destination and those instances are beyond my control once they are shipped.
Because each book is individualized with a handwritten inscription by the author at your request, there are no refunds on books for any reason and the customer would have to bear the cost of reorder and reship. I am sure you understand the reasoning for this policy and again, because I ship priority, it is extremely rare.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information gathered from customers or via orders or prayer requests are confidential and are not shared with anyone other than the author. All financial transactions are handled by Paypal and are guaranteed secure by their system. No email, address or names will ever shared or sold to a third party for any reason.
