As the oldest girl and second of ten siblings, I was handed great responsibility early on; an experience that shaped my deep understanding of children’s hearts and minds.

After the sudden loss of our young mother and the permanent disability of our father, my siblings and I leaned heavily on our faith—and on each other. Together, we walked through sorrow, disappointment, triumph, and joy, emerging stronger and more resilient.

​

That journey, from a faith-filled childhood to raising my own family, has inspired me to write numerous children’s picture books - many still nestled in a straw basket, waiting their turn.

​

The Incredible Blessing is different. It’s the first I’ve chosen to share with the world, because I believe that when children understand their special place in God’s divine plan, they can truly flourish.

Today, my husband and I are deeply grateful for the faith, hope, and love we see reflected in our three children, their spouses, and our nine wonderful grandchildren.
